- Grace period → no penalty.
- After that, late fee applies as per settings.

The pricing policy is designed to encourage swift responses from reminder creators to recipient actions and faster closure of reminders. It incentivises creators to act promptly without holding up the recipient.
Pricing for disputes arising from invalid transactions is intended to ensure that reminder creators remain diligent while creating reminders, so that recipients are not subjected to incorrect or invalid reminders.
